Tasting Notes:
• The robe is light yellow of good intensity. The nose is marked, pleasant, and intense. 
Sophisticated, we perceive a dominant of candied fruits: lime, yuzu zest, flint, and a 
fine underlying mineral touch. The wine evolves on a medium with a frank liveliness. 
We find the same aromas as on the nose, dominated by this mineral touch.
